English Abstract:
【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value and and the feasibility of 3.0T magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging(DTI) inspection to clinical mild cervical myelopathy.Method:22 healthy volunteers(Group A ) and 69 patients with mild cervical myelopathy patients were studied with 3.0T high-field magnetic resonance DTI sequence(69 patients based on cervical MRI scan standard divided into Group B and C,39 patients of Group B:98 segments of spinal cord dural sac compression, spinal cord signal normal;30 patients of Group C:65 segments of spinal cord compression, spinal cord signal normal). The apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC) and fractional anisotropy(FA) were measured intending to research and analyze spinal cord ADC values and FA values among the three groups.Result:The values of ADC and FA among the 88 various segments were not significant(P>0.05) values of Group A(C3-C4,C4-C5,C5-C6,C6-C7).Comparing among the Group A,B and C,mean ADC value of Group A was the lowest, mean FA value was the highest(P<0.05);and mean ADC value of group C was the highest, mean FA value was the lowest(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comparing with conventional MRI of cervical spinal cord,DTI could early and accurately quantify the changes of microstructure in the mild cervical myelopahty patients.Early diagnosis and treatment of dural sac compression and mild spinal cord compression myelopathy provided a more effective basis for clinicians.
