【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the intervertebral saggital angle and its associate factors of normal lumbar spine in adults.Method:A total of 672 normal adults experienced physical examination from Jan. 2006 to Jan.2009,of these,450 cases'data were complete. There were 235 males and 215 females with the average age of 43.The intervertebral angle from L1 to L5 was determined by using special software. All cases were divided into three groups, young group,middle-aged group and elderly group. The relationship between intervertebral angles and age were reviewed.Result:The average intervertebral angle was L1/2,2.52°;L2/3,5.33°;L3/4,8.15°;L4/5,12.11°;L5/S1,20.14°;L1/L5,24.96°respectively.There were no significant differences between the total lumbar lordosis and the patients′ gender and BMI(P>0.05).The total lumbar lordosis in different groups varied significantly(P<0.05);the elder of age,the less of lumbar lordosis. Conclusion:The lumbar lordosis decreases with age progressing, while after middle-age,the lumbar lordosis tends to be stable rather than decreasing progressively. |
