介绍了单节段内经峡部加压螺钉内固定植骨和张力带钢丝法治疗腰椎峡部裂的临床应用和生物力学实验研究。临床和实验结果均表明，该手术具有创伤小，内固定简便、稳固，对腰骶部运动生理干扰小等优点。对此手术的几种不同内固定方法亦作了比较和讨论。
