| 报告５０例胸腰椎骨折后路Ⅰ期内固定及侧前方减压。４２例平均随访２年８个月。伤椎椎体前缘高度由４８％恢复到９２．４％，Ｃｏｂｂ角由平均１７．４°恢复到２°。椎弓根距由增宽１１．５％下降到增宽１．２％。ＣＴ示椎管矢状径明显扩大。结果显示：采用棒套筒器械复位满意，经后路行侧前方减压彻底。其优点是创伤小，手术操作简便，复位好。 |
