探索了一种旨在降低胸腰段椎弓根螺钉植入失败率的定位手段，用钢丝环扎标本的椎弓根，定位针入骨质处夹止血钳拍前后位Ｘ线片。定位针被标记止血钳分为骨内段和骨外段，通过判断骨内段中点与钢丝环的关系即可了解定位针与椎弓根内的位置，此点与钢丝环的最小距离大于４．５ｍｍ可保证螺钉在理想的位置。
