对颈椎间盘突出症的再认识

报告经ＣＴ、ＭＲＩ及手术证实的颈椎间盘突出症２７例，着重讨论了颈椎间盘突出症与颈椎病的关系，认为颈椎间盘退变是两者的共同病理基础。颈椎间盘突出不仅是单纯的髓核突出，晚期还可伴有骨赘增生、椎管狭窄、ＯＰＬＬ等改变。作者认为，凡是与颈椎间盘突出有关的颈椎病变都应归入颈椎间盘突出症的范畴。同时对颈椎间盘突出的诊断亦作了详细讨论
