脊柱三维运动的测量是分析脊柱三维运动的基础。由电子计算机三维立体视觉模型建立的脊柱三维测量系统，在椎骨上设置有三个不共线标志的标尺，由互相成角度的两个摄像机将标尺运动的图像输入计算机图像处理系统，通过对标志点的识别、定位，分析脊柱节段的三维运动。
