| 观察经术前诊断和术中确认的黄韧带肥厚患者７８例、无黄韧带肥厚患者４０例，同时对２００例相对正常人腰椎管造影、ＣＴＭ检查和对１０具尸体标本进行观察，发现在腰椎管造影４２～４５°斜位片上，椎板和硬膜囊之间存在一个三角形透亮间隙──黄韧带间隙。此间隙正常时由黄韧带和硬膜囊背外侧脂肪填充，黄韧带肥厚时此间隙可发生明显改变。文章提出：黄韧带间隙的改变可以客观地反映黄韧带肥厚程度。 |
