颈椎病再次手术问题的探讨：附130例报告

报告１３０例颈椎手术治疗后的再手术，其中脊髓型颈椎病５４例，脊髓神经根型１７例，颈椎病合并椎管狭窄５１例，颈椎病合并后纵韧带骨化８例。根据临床表现和影像学征像及首次手术后变化，选择应用颈前路扩大减压植骨融合，颈后路椎管扩大和椎板成形术，有效率为８１．８％。对颈椎病再手术的适应证、手术方法选择等作了讨论。
