颈椎肿瘤的穿刺活检

本文介绍了不同部位颈椎椎体穿刺活检的口腔入路、颈侧方入路、颈前外侧入路和后方入路。口腔入路用于检查Ｃ１～３椎体，颈侧方入路和颈前外侧入路检查Ｃ４～７椎体，后方入路检查全部颈椎的棘突和椎板。根据部位及具体情况用直径１ｍｍ、长７０～８０ｍｍ的针作抽吸活检；直径２ｍｍ、长１１０ｍｍ左右的分叶针作取芯活检。用上述不同入路作颈椎肿瘤的穿刺活检１１例，阳性者１０例（９０％），未发生并发症。
