Ｃ７～Ｔ２椎病变经前路显露，按通常用的手术切口，显露是有困难和有限制的，尤其是行前路植骨更是如此。作者改良了Ｓｕｎｄａｒｅｓａｎ的手术方法，从左侧作“Ｌ”形联合切口。切除左锁骨内侧１／３、同侧胸骨柄的一部分，本组共做１２例，显露良好、安全、有效。
