颈椎后路经椎间孔脊髓前外侧减压术及其生物力学研究

１９８９年以来收治严重颈椎病患者２０例，采用后路经椎间孔脊髓前外侧减压术，有效地解除神经根和脊髓的压迫，收到良好效果．同时按本术式设计进行下颈段脊柱的生物力学实验，结果表明扩大同侧ｌ～２个椎间孔对脊柱稳定性无明显影响，而扩大同一平面的２个椎间孔时，则脊柱稳定性下降，提示需作棘突间融合术．
