对７８例７～１５岁特发性脊柱侧凸患者进行５年随诊，发现脊柱旋转度对其自然转归的影响最为显著，其次为年龄及侧凸程度．结果表明。侧凸发病年龄越大。畸形加重的可能性和程度越大。本文还对Ｘ线摄片及波纹照相在随诊时的作用进行了讨论。
